- Thoroughly understanding client requirements, strategy and challenges.
- Propose technical solutions by combining industry specialization and digital acumen whilst addressing business challenges throughout process.
- Communicate client requirements and lead a team of developers throughout the entire development process.
- Lead the team in configuration, testing, implementation, support, maintenance, and training.
- Guide team members in best practices and proper quality management.
- 5 or more years' development and system architecture experience.
- CRM experience is a must (Salesforce experience preferred).
- Experience leading an enterprise solutions delivery team.
- Pre-sales experience is a bonus.
- Bachelor's degree or above in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related discipline is preferred.
