  • Thoroughly understanding client requirements, strategy and challenges.
  • Propose technical solutions by combining industry specialization and digital acumen whilst addressing business challenges throughout process.
  • Communicate client requirements and lead a team of developers throughout the entire development process.
  • Lead the team in configuration, testing, implementation, support, maintenance, and training.
  • Guide team members in best practices and proper quality management.


  • 5 or more years' development and system architecture experience.
  • CRM experience is a must (Salesforce experience preferred).
  • Experience leading an enterprise solutions delivery team.
  • Pre-sales experience is a bonus.
  • Bachelor's degree or above in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related discipline is preferred.
