Our client is a luxury retail brand and they are now looking for a CRM manager to lead up the team.

Objective of this manager is to

  • Create & Develop CRM Strategy and Unique Customer Journey to support Business Needs
  • Ensure Local CRM Strategies are in line with KPIs defined in line with HQ
  • Enhance Customer Re-Activation & Recruitment and Loyalty towards Short Term and Long Term Business Return
  • Develop Interactive CRM Actions to strengthen Brand Visibility and enhance Client's Loyalty
  • Create Digital Strategies, Implementation and Management to support the Business & maximize Brand Exposure towards Dealers' Communications Channels, gain visibility & Drive Strong Sales
  • Responsible to plan, co-ordinate and Execute all Results Driven Events in Hong Kong

Key Performance Indicator:

  • Ensure CRM & Digital Strategies are effectively implemented with encouraging Sales Performance
  • Analyze Client's Database to enhance Customer Loyalty, Re-activate Sleeping Clients
  • Create Strategic CRM Actions to drive Traffic to Boutiques in line with Product Launches
  • Organize Qualitative Events with Strong ROI
  • Initiative Creative Concept for Local Projects during Festivities Seasons


  • Minimum of 8 years' experience in CRM field from Luxury Industry is a plus
  • Strong Communication Skills with Entrepreneurial Spirit
  • Creative, Energetic, Dynamic and Pro-Active
  • Detail Oriented, Analytical and Sensitive to Numbers
  • Good Connections with Local Agencies and Vendors
