Our client is a leading global FMCG label, they are now looking for a CRM Manager to join the team.


  • Lead CRM strategies & omni-channel programs including acquisition, engagement and conversion activities with personalization and optimization to achieve business objectives

  • Plan and implement CRM lifecycle communication strategy development and implementation, work with cross-functional team to create personalized content which will increase our member base engagement via omni channel
  • Develop omni customer experience strategy to maximize customer satisfaction and conversion
  • Evaluate and analyze the program effectiveness of all CRM programs and drive insight and decision making

  • Conduct customer analytics including behavior reporting and post-campaign reports to enhance future CRM campaigns, and translate the customer data into consumer insights and actions

  • Develop and execute Trade / D2C business plan in CRM to build customer loyalty and drive consumption
  • Proactively bring innovative, creative & insights-driven solutions to drive CRM
  • Responsible for CRM membership database and system, including database management governance, data migration and enrichment, requirements specifications, UAT planning
  • Explore and organize partnership co-op with different partners to widen the database
  • A&P Management


  • Bachelor or above in Marketing/ Business Administration or related disciplines
  • A minimum of 6 years' experience of solid CRM experience
  • Knowledge of using CRM tools (e.g. Salesforce) for customer segmentation and profiling
  • Good leadership and people management skill and experience
  • Fluency in written and spoken English and Chinese
