Job Responsibilities

  • Lead a team of Marketing, CRM and Analysis staff to achieve revenue targets
  • Formulate and analyze CRM strategies for VIP segment in order to maximize the participation
  • Develop and further enhance the customer loyalty program to uplift the customer experience
  • Drive marketing campaigns, programs, communications and events
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure excellent customer experience is delivered


  • Minimum 15 years of work experience in CRM, loyalty program
  • Team management experience is highly preferable
  • Knowledge and know how on CRM, Loyalty Program, Customer Acquisition, Operations & CRM system
  • Strong in project management & capability to drive operations flow
  • Fluent in English, Cantonese and Mandarin
