- Lead a team of Marketing, CRM and Analysis staff to achieve revenue targets
- Formulate and analyze CRM strategies for VIP segment in order to maximize the participation
- Develop and further enhance the customer loyalty program to uplift the customer experience
- Drive marketing campaigns, programs, communications and events
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure excellent customer experience is delivered
- Minimum 15 years of work experience in CRM, loyalty program
- Team management experience is highly preferable
- Knowledge and know how on CRM, Loyalty Program, Customer Acquisition, Operations & CRM system
- Strong in project management & capability to drive operations flow
- Fluent in English, Cantonese and Mandarin
