A reputable skincare brand company is looking for a Country Manager to lead, manage and develop the business in China to achieve company's goals and objectives.

Directly report to Asia General Manager, this incumbent is expected to:

  • Oversee the day-to-day business activities of China Watson's, T-Mall Domestic and Cross Border flagship stores and responsible for the delivery of the strategic direction for the organization to gain strong growth and revenue
  • Responsible for the budgeting and P&L in China
  • Manage the local China team daily operations and Key Account development
  • Build, lead and motivate the team to accomplish business goals and ensure KPI's are met
  • Develop and lead go-to-market plans including target customers and programs
  • Build and maintain strong relationship with Trade Partner and Retailer
  • Monitor the development of product road maps for business growth opportunities in China
  • Identify and develop new opportunities on marketplaces and other channels
  • Establish effective communication with key stakeholders (HQ, Finance, Marketing, Supply Chain and HR)
  • Provide direction to executives on product positioning in China

Successful candidates should possess:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business or related disciplines
  • At least 10 years' experience of relevant experience in the beauty industry, of which at least 5 years' key account and P&L management experience is required
  • Excellent leadership, problem solving, organizational and communication skills
  • Creative, result-oriented, start-up mentality and able to work independently
  • Exceptional business acumen and cultural acuity
  • Business fluency in spoken and written English and Mandarin
