Corporate FP&A Manager

Our client is a well-known institution with diverse businesses in Hong Kong. They are looking for an articulate and decent candidate to provide analytical support to the company.

Report to the Senior Manager, you will need to:

• Ensure the smooth operations of management reporting, forecasting, and budgeting
• Monitor financial performances and perform in-depth variance analysis
• Provide financial modeling and value-added analysis to support the growth of the overall business, including the evaluation of current and new business activities
• Perform analytical review on management reports to explain the business performance
• Liaise and coordinate with multiple Finance senior stakeholders on the company's initiatives and ad-hoc assignments

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or any business-related discipline with a CPA qualification
• Minimum 6 years of working experience in financial or management accounting experience including 3 years in FP&A
• Good business acumen and strategic thinking with strong analytical ability
• Skills in financial modeling, data visualization, data preparation is a plus
• Mature, self-motivated, deadline-driven, comfortable working under pressure, a team player, and able to work independently
• Possesses excellent communication skills with good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese
