Our client is a global well-known FMCG company, they are looking for a Customer ACtivation Manager to develop all events and activities to assist key client on achieving sales target.

    • Drive overall commercial performance and brand portfolio awareness and trial.
    • Lead the implementation of brand activation, merchandising plan & budget allocation for all channels.
    • Work with brand and trade team on brand strategy setting & operational planning
    • Manage external business partners & agencies on Horeca & other channels plan.
    • Assist the Group Key Account Manager in managing the trade activities planning on coverage, merchandising and distribution in HK&MAC country,
    • Provide reports to management for performance evaluation and operation planning,


    • At least 3-4 years Trade marketing / consumer brand activation experience preferably in a renowned FMCG company
    • Strong inter-personal skills and communication skills
    • Strong coordination and project management skills
    • Experience in managing multiple projects simultaneously
    • Strong analytical skills and logical/creative thinking
    • Strong business acumen & strategic thinking
    • Continuous Improvement Mindset
    • University graduate or above in Business Administration
