Construction Project Manager - Renowned Private Developer

Our client is a Renowned developer with ongoing investment and redevelopment projects in Hong Kong; currently looking for Project Manager assist and lead some of it's project pipeline spanning across different asset class in HK.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee the Project plans and lead across mulitple project function to ensure timely delivery
• Handle and manage full-cycle of project management including but not limited to design, technical feasibility studies, licensing and manage through contractors
• Manage on Government submission and approvals in a timely manner

Requirements:

• University Degree in Engineering, Architecture, Design, Quantity Surveying
• Over 8-10 years' experience in project management and exposure across Residential/Commercial
• Hands-on exposure in full-cycle of residential/Hospitality project management and techincal studies
• Strong interpersonal skills, energetic, innovative with driven mindset
