My client is a renowned retail group looking for an independent and strategic C&B talent to join their growing team at their Hong Kong Headquarter.

The role

Reporting to the Head of C&B, you will be responsible for all strategic C&B related projects targeted to both corporate and frontline employees across the region. You will take initiative in proposing and implementing C&B strategies that align with the business vision strengthening its market competitiveness. This incumbent will manage annual practices working closely with external vendors on salary benchmarking and review, budgeting, market survey, etc. You will proactively asses and revamp current policies and benefits as needed to ensure it compliance with local labor law. Ad Hoc projects will be assigned as needed.

The candidate

  • Degree qualification or above with a minimum of 6 years of strategic compensation & benefits experience, solid exposure dealing with complex C&B retail philosophy.
  • Detail oriented and strong numerical sense
  • Highly adaptable with ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
  • Confident and independent with excellent communication skills and business savvy.
  • Knowledge using SAP is a must
  • Fluency in English is a must, Cantonese, and Mandarin.
