With exciting growth plan in place, the Community Manager will drive both the digital and community events initiatives for their multiple properties.
- Overall management in community strategy and budget on all promotions across multiple properties
- Manage and drive the development on social media platforms to recruit new followers and members
- Identify trends and insights, optimize the performance of SEO/SEM, email, data, display advertising
- Develop the event calendar on both face to face and digital channels based on the needs from the business
- Take lead on membership introductions, understand and identify the business objectives and help members in achieving their goals
- Work closely with respective teams in ensure smooth executions
- Degree in communications, marketing or related disciplines
- At least 4 years of working experience in digital and event marketing
- Native or closed to native level of English
