Our client is one of world's leading FMCG groups with long heritage brands. They are looking for a high caliber Commercial Lead to manage their On-Trade business for the Hong Kong and Macau markets.

Report to the regional business head and lead a sizable team, this incumbent is expected to:

  • Lead and develop sales strategies of multiple on-trade channels through direct channels and distributors in aligned with business objectives
  • Plan and implement monthly, quarterly and annually forecast and business plan
  • Leverage resources to maximize profits and promote an efficient sales approach to wholesalers and end customers
  • Build and maintain business relationship to continuously improve customers satisfaction
  • Coach and develop the team to ensure healthy talent pipeline
  • Ensure the effectiveness of the sales organization to achieve required sales targets and KPIs
  • Liaise with different internal parties to manage overall business objectives

Successful candidates should possess:

  • Bachelor's degree in renowned universities, preferably business-related discipline
  • Over 10 years of sales and marketing experience in food service industry
  • Proven successful track record in achieving business KPIs, especially top and bottom line business results
  • Strategic business thinker and influential leader with strong leadership competence with excellent communication skill
  • Enthusiastic, pragmatic, self-motivated, result-oriented, detail-minded and ability to adapt in matrix and international environment
  • Proficiency in both written and spoken English
