Our client is a well-established global testing lab which provides quality assurance for both Hardline and Softline products. Currently, they are looking for a customer relationship supervisor to take care of the CS team.
- Leading a team, provide training, and closely monitor the KPI
- Manage inbound and outbound client communications
- Provide excellent pre-sales and after-sales services to the client and build a good relationship
- Handle customer enquiry on quotation, testing reports, basic technical questions, and complaints
- Provide, support review and delivery of client reports
- Proactively solicit client feedback and measure client satisfaction
- A minimum of 7 years' customer service experience in a laboratory testing company
- Understanding with EU and USA regulations
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
- Good understanding of management practices and techniques.
- Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills.
- The ability to maintain calm under pressure
