Client Relationship Supervisor

Our client is a well-established global testing lab which provides quality assurance for both Hardline and Softline products. Currently, they are looking for a customer relationship supervisor to take care of the CS team.

Responsibility:

  • Leading a team, provide training, and closely monitor the KPI
  • Manage inbound and outbound client communications
  • Provide excellent pre-sales and after-sales services to the client and build a good relationship
  • Handle customer enquiry on quotation, testing reports, basic technical questions, and complaints
  • Provide, support review and delivery of client reports
  • Proactively solicit client feedback and measure client satisfaction

Requirement:

  • A minimum of 7 years' customer service experience in a laboratory testing company
  • Understanding with EU and USA regulations
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
  • Good understanding of management practices and techniques.
  • Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills.
  • The ability to maintain calm under pressure
