Job Responsibility:

  • Leading a sales, client service and operation team (in China and Hong Kong)

  • Own the client management and service experience in the regions

  • Responsible for worldwide short & long-term planning and day-to-day operations
  • Working closely with internal teams such as sourcing, quality, logistics, purchasing team, etc.

  • Building, maintaining and strengthen excellent client relationships; improving the product and service deliverables, pricing competitiveness and contract compliance.

  • Receive customer orders and requirements and make sure the internal teamwork on inventory, determine delivery dates and shipment plans

  • Managing, training the team and make sure provide excellent client services
  • Handling customer complaint

  • Handling the recruitment process in the expanding team


  • Bachelor Degree

  • 10 years of relevant experience in order fulfillment and planning in sourcing company/retails brands

  • Understand the whole supply chain process

  • A good team player with excellent skills in communication and presentation

  • Fluent in written and spoken English & Mandarin
