Our client is a leading international lifestyle brand. They are now hiring a Social & Community Manager with a focus to develop its Wechat platform.

Job Duties:

  • Manage social CRM strategy development for China & APAC online consumer engagement process.
  • Assist in formulating digital & social roadmap for China WeChat CRM projects and support the launch of CRM Platform as well as marketing automation tools.
  • Design and implement targeted, timely loyalty and membership program to create and enhance customer engagement to platforms and build a sustainable revenue stream.
  • Lead the creation of a CRM calendar that consistently increases consumer database.
  • Develop customer behaviour-targeted communication programs and initiate social CRM activities in the areas of data analytics, outbound marketing programs and other social and digital initiatives on different platforms such as WeChat
  • Optimize brand communication and operations in the WeChat segment and provide corresponding support on building WeChat community mini program.
  • Analyse customer database for formulating, driving, and delivering creative on data-driven CRM marketing activities.
  • Ride on business-wide consumer analytics and consumer reporting, customer purchasing behaviour, segmentation, and consumer insights to deliver brand marketing and sales targets.
  • Optimize the customer journey and membership program to ensure existing propositions are meet and exceed customer expectations.
  • Constantly review and refresh communication strategies to ensure membership excitement and strengthen our platform performance and branding, map the ideal customer communication journey, and identify gaps and opportunities to deliver better customer communication and experience,
  • Identify Consumer Insights,F Market Intelligence & Media Landscape to gauge changing customer aspirations.
  • Share best practices in the industry, so CRM strategy will be kept pace with, and then beyond the needs of consumer needs and expectation.
  • Work closely with cross-function team to drive member acquisition via digital tools and platform, to ensure efficient program operations at all channels for achieving yearly targets.


  • Bachelor degree holder
  • Familiar with WeChat ecosystem, including S-CRM tools, WeChat Work, WeChat Mini Program.
  • Experience from a fashion retail industry is highly preferred
  • Proven track record in optimizing CRM program
  • Good command of spoken Cantonese, English and Mandarin
