Location: Kowloon, Hong Kong

Salary: HK$40,000- 45,000 X 12months + Bonus

Position Responsibilities:

  • Acting as an accounting & reporting team supervisor to assist the manager in handling the full operations for the certain business units
  • Coordinate between the accounting team in PRC & the HK finance team head
  • Ensure accurate group cost allocations and timely recharging to/from inter companies and maintain detailed documentation of cost allocation & recharge basis, calculations
  • Understanding intercompany transactions including determination of and accounting for intercompany recharges, and the maintenance of periodic intercompany confirmations
  • Prepare various accounts schedules for month-end / year-end closing and audit requirement
  • Assist in the preparation of budgeting, forecasting & cash flow projection
  • Ensure workflow and procedure comply with company policies
  • Liaise with the external auditor for annual statutory audit
  • Other ad-hoc duties are requested


  • University degree in Finance/Accounting with CPA or ACCA professional qualifications
  • Candidate with strong and solid exposure in the Australian market is surely an advantage
  • Minimum 5 years' relevant experience in accounting related job; with experience gained from Australian companies
  • A self-motivated individual with excellent analytical & communication skills and a versatile team player who could work under pressure
  • Possess initiative, mature and independent
  • Proficient computer skills in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel
