To cope with increased business opportunities, a sizable local conglomerate is looking for a divisional CEO to further expand its F&B presence in Hong Kong.

Leading a sizable full-function teams across back office, frontline operations and manufacturing plants, this role will be responsible for the following,

  • Oversee all operations and monitor business performance to maximise sales and productivity, manpower efficiency and customer service quality standards
  • Plan, formulate and implement strategies to grow the business and achieve desirable productivity and profitability
  • Closely engage with multiple internal and external stakeholders to lead and execute project within budget and timeframe and meet with quality requirements
  • Responsible for full spectrum of restaurant project management from conceptual, design development, construction to satisfactory completion and delivery of the project
  • Lead and drive the team to ensure operational requirements are up to compliance/ regulations and excellence standards
  • Formulate strategic marketing plan and brand building initiatives
  • Monitor the performance of restaurants and leasing portfolios
  • Strive for continuous improvement, review and re-engineering processes from leasing and operational efficiency and service quality perspectives

Successful calibre shall possess,

  • Bachelor degree in Business or related disciplines
  • 15-20 years of business management experience, of which at least 10 years of restaurant management or high volume mass retail management experience
  • Solid experience in strategic planning and execution, P&L and cash flow management, consensus building, workforce engagement, budget management, corporate governance and people management
  • Ability to communicate and interact with stakeholders at all levels, motivate teams and simultaneously multiple projects
  • Excellent commercial sense with proven skills in assessing and re-engineering operations and procedures
  • Proven ability to analyse and interpret financial data, manage resources, identify and secure revenue sources
  • Creative, out-spoken, highly driven, detail oriented with ability to perform under pressure
  • Possess strategic mindset while maintain a practical and hands-on approach
  • Excellent in both written and spoken English and Cantonese
