Business Strategy & Analysis Manager (Global role)

Our client is an international business which has over 70 year's history with global presence. They are looking for a Business Strategy & Analysis Manager to join their global team.

Position Responsibilities

• Report directly to the FP&A Director and work with global key stakeholders
• Lead change, drive strategy and provide meaningful insights to support company-wide business decisions
• Develop business strategy and initiatives to drive market growth
• Develop insights and strategic perspectives on new opportunities
• Understand and communicate insights on the impact of competitive industry movements on the business
• Facilitate and drive strategic discussions in leadership meetings
• Work closely with global counterparts on business data gathering, consolidation, analysis and presentation
• Prepare business management reports and presentations to senior management
• Collaborate with Corporate Finance, Corporate Marketing, New Business Development, and other teams throughout the company to develop and execute strategic initiatives

Position Requirements

• University graduate with major in finance, business, accounting or relevant disciplines
• An MBA Degree is preferred
• Minimum 8 years' experience, ideally from both Management Consulting and in-house Strategy; prior apparel experience is highly preferred
• Strong analytical skills and attention to details with ability to extract deep insights and generate presentable reports
• Must be able to work in a fast paced, analytical focused organization
• Able to connect the dots, visualize, put everything into one piece, and be really good at storytelling
• Self-motivated with good interpersonal, influencing as well as supervisory and management skills
• Top-notch quantitative and analytical skills; ability to find structure, logic, and insight in complex business problems to provide meaningful conclusions
• Ability to structure documents and quantitative analyses to effectively communicate with senior management
• High proficiency in English and Chinese
