Our client provides travel experiences through online platform, they serve travelers by offering comprehensive travel services.

To support the international expansion, the team is now hiring for an experienced Business Development Manager to join the Hong Kong Business. Reporting to the Founder, you will be responsible to identify potential opportunities and negotiate on business partnerships within attraction/tour operator/hotel sectors to maximize the business revenue.

Job Responsibilities

  • Contribute to the strategic development of the travel products
  • Liaise and negotiate with partners for all travel solutions and experience
  • Build and maintain good and profitable supplier and distribution partner relationship in the market
  • Manage and nurture high level supplier and/or client relationships at management level
  • Coordinate with other business units on lead generation and promotions
  • Present dynamic, presentations to colleagues, peers and suppliers at a high level


  • Minimum 5 years of relevant sales experience in travel related business (attractions, web-based travel agent)
  • A track record in exceeding targets
  • Strong selling in relationship building and client pitching
  • Experience in electronic and online distribution of travel products and components
  • Outstanding presentation & communication skills with good command of written and spoken English, Mandarin & Cantonese
  • Self-motivated, aggressive, outgoing and customer & sales-oriented
  • Degree in Hospitality/Marketing/Business Administration or related disciplines
