Business Development, Bancassurance (Marketing)

About Our Client

Our Client is one of the leading international general insurer and reinsurer. They are seeking for a Business Development, Bancassurance (Marketing) for their Hong Kong Business. Responsible for servicing all customers to achieve the objectives assigned to the team according to the Company's business plans.

Responsibilities:

• Build and maintain good business relationships with partners (bank) to drive their support and interest
• Communicate and liaise internal stakeholders to smooth out the Digital and IT projects from business point of view
• Drive and support to achieve business target via digital initiatives with bank partners to increase adoption and enhance customer experience
• Support to implement appropriate initiatives, operational activity and best practice according to partners' needs to achieve business goals
• Use of data insight to develop marketing strategies or campaigns
• Support on design and production of marketing collaterals to ensure they meet/beyond market standard
• Assist with the Senior Manager to develop new sales proposition ideas for Bancassurance channel and deliver it in sharing forum, stakeholder meeting and digital channel
• Steer discussion with Bancassurance team to ensure product's marketability, form sales stories, seek market's feedback on the products and react with potential solutions to support business growth opportunity
• Keep an up-to-date market information such as trends, competitors' activities and product details for strategic planning and ad hoc initiatives

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of experience in insurer or financial industry
• Experience in campaign/ marketing management with good understanding of digital marketing and data analytics
• Creative minded, detail-oriented, good project management and presentation skills
• Good command in written and spoken English and Chinese
