Business Analytics & MIS Manager

Our client is a well-known institution with diverse businesses in Hong Kong. They are looking for an agile, hands-on candidate with solid system transformation project experience.

• Solid knowledge of BI tools
• Finance system transformation
• Excellent communicator & coordinator

Responsibilities:

• Provide strategic analysis and financial insights to management
• Execute business performance analytics, including implementing modeling development and refinement to maximize customer retention and value, gather customer insights through data mining and analysis
• Evaluate new technology and innovations in Finance & Accounting to deliver better insights for decision making and improve efficiency
• Drive automation solutions across key processes such as reporting, including replacing manual interfaces between systems
• Monitor, coordinate and work with developers and external consultants on systems development and enhancements tasks
• Any other ad-hoc duties assigned

Requirements:

• Over 6 years of working experience in driving process improvement & system transformation project
• Strong skills in BI tools and financial performance management system
• Detailed mind, self-motivated, deadline-driven, and can work under pressure
• Excellent project management with good communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in spoken and written Chinese and English; Good command of Putonghua is a plus
