Our Client is a leading general insurance company which provides a comprehensive range of non-life insurance solutions for both business and personal customers.

Currently it is looking for a talent for maternity leave coverage, while the talent will be focusing on business and process review of existing C&B polices and practice.

Responsibilities:

  • Review and maintain business strategy and strategic objective in APAC level, including Hong Kong, Singapore, Japan, South Korea, etc.
  • Review, streamline, develop and implement C&B policies, practices and programs
  • Engage in survey, market intelligence, data analysis, reporting, salary benchmarking, system process review, etc.
  • Perform other tasks in relation to C&B strategy

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business or Human Resources or related discipline
  • 5 years of experience or above in C&B, preferably in financial services or insurance industry
  • Strong understanding in C&B domain and relevant HR knowledge/practice
  • Strong business acumen and strong analytical skills
