Business Analyst (12-month Contract)

Our Client is a Leading Insurance Group in Hong Kong. We are currently hiring few Digital Business Analysts for its Digital Product Solution team.

DIGITAL TRANSFORMATION - Joining as a part to support newly implemented and designed digital products.

Responsibilities:

• Clarify business requirements, write up business requirement documents/user stories, provide technology inputs, and manage delivery expectations with business stakeholders
• Work with technical teams, including UX/UI, developer, architect, testing, etc., on technical solutions and delivery to maximize product features and values
• Act as a bridge liaising between business and technical end
• Coordinate and support UAT and related issues

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree with a minimum of 3 years of relevant working experience
• Experience working in insurance and/or financial services
• Understanding in agile methodology
• Good communication skills and detail-oriented
• Good command of written and spoken English and Cantonese; Mandarin is a plus
