Business Analysis Manager (MNC)

Our client is a leading global retailer which has over 150 stores over the globe. They are looking for a Business Analysis Manager to join their growing team.

Position Responsibilities

• Report directly to the Global Sales Director
• Perform qualitative and quantitative analysis to identify potential business opportunity, market and consumer insights, market trend, etc., navigate internal resources and provide actionable proposal for management
• Propose feasible business solutions and optimize solution delivery for business initiative/project implementation and/or operation problem fixing independently
• Prepare analysis reports, charts / presentation for management review and provide correspondence action plan and recommendations
• Proactively working with internal and external parties, perform own research and collect market data / insight, prepare analysis reports, charts / presentation for management review and provide correspondence action plan and recommendations
• Elicit requirements from various stakeholders in the business and recommend solutions that enable the organization to meet its goals
• Undertake ad-hoc analysis to support investment and management decision

Position Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance or Business or related disciplines
• 6+ years of experience in analytics, Business Analysis from Retail/ Wholesale/ E-Commerce business
• Self-motivated with start-up mentality, who sees things through to completion
• Highly analytical, strong attention to detail and comfortable being hands-on, combined with an ability to take a wider view
• Commercially astute, ability to spot issues and trends and make recommendations
• Passionate about resolving challenges and driving improvement
• Confident presenter and communicator, fluent in Cantonese and English is a must, Mandarin is a bonus
• Proficiency and expertise in using the Microsoft Office PowerPoint and Excel, experienced in Power BI and tableau is highly preferable
