Our client is an HK Conglomerate with multiple business units, including Food & Beverage, Retail, Manufacturing, and wholesales businesses. With their recent expansion in HK, their Group/ Head office is actively recruiting a seasoned candidate for a Business Analysis Manager.

Salary: HK$48,000 - HK$53,000 X 12 months + Bonus

Responsibilities:

• Perform overall financial planning and business analysis, including budgeting and forecasting of the business performance
• Design and develop analytics framework, set up business analytics systems and process
• Transform analytical concepts into business strategies and solutions
• Analyze business data regularly to identify business opportunities and operational improvement opportunities
• Develop and implement continuous data mining and segmentation to introduce effective tracking mechanism and analysis to maximize profitability and business volume
• Provide day-to-day support and service to business users for the usage of data analytics tools
• Coordinate with users for data cleansing, conversion, standardization, and categorization
• Conduct market research and feasibility study of new data analytics tools
• Handle ad-hoc projects as assigned

Requirements:

• Degree holder in Quantitative Analysis/ Statistics/ Computer Sciences or Business-related disciplines
• Min. 5 years of experience in business analysis/business intelligence/ data analytics preferably gained from sizable companies in the retail/ F&B industry
• Excellent Excel skills, VBA competence is a MUST
• Knowledge in database management systems such as QlikView BI, Power BI, and SQL
• Proven track record of driving cross-departmental projects
• Able to work in a fast-paced and complex business setting
• Analytical with strong business acumen
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Good command of spoken and written Chinese and English; Putonghua is preferred
• Immediate availability is an advantage
