Our client is a global well-known beverage brand, they are looking for a B2B Sales Head rt develop their HK market.
Job Duties
* Acquisition of new B2B customers in the appropriate target group
* Optimizing customer profitability
* Implement and ensure compliance with corporate and regional channel guidelines and policies.
* Perform weekly and monthly reporting of sales and business KPI's
* Coordinate with the Region's Marketing (CRM) and CRC function to guarantee high standards of customer relationship management.
* Effectively collaborate with other teams in view to overall brand/business development and management of shared services
* Leverage current market knowledge & network to accelerate brand's presence in high-end B2B channel.
* Implement and execute business vision and strategy in the market as defined in collaboration with the Regional Office
* Manage P&L abd monitor budget spend
* Develop, implement and monitor annual B2B operational plan.
Requirement
* University Graduate in Commercial, Economics or equivalent
* Experience within Commercial area for at least 12-15 years; F&B OR HORECA channel would be an advantage
* Good financial knowledge
* Advanced knowledge of MS office
* Planning, Organization and Controlling
* Negotiation and Influencing skills
* Presentation, communication and interpersonal skills
* Business and Customers Orientated
* English will be essential. Fluency in regional languages is required
