Authorized Person (Architect) - Director/Senior Architect

Our client is an established and sizable Architect Firm with mutliple regional offices and HQ in HK; currently looking for an Authorized Person (Architect) and experienced Project Director/Manager to lead some of it's project pipeline spanning across different asset class in HK,PRC and SEA region.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee the Project plans and lead across mulitple project function to ensure timely delivery
• Handle and manage full-cycle of project management including but not limited to design, technical engineering, licensing and acting as direct contact for the client/
• Ensure clear communication of the Client's brand vision through all projects
• Manage on Government submission and approvals in a timely manner

Requirements:

• University or Masters' degree in Architecture with HKIA/Authorized Person Professional identification
• Over 8-10 years' experience in project management and exposure across different asset class
• Hands-on exposure in full-cycle of luxury residential/Hospitality/Retail project management
• Strong interpersonal skills, energetic, innovative with driven mindset
