About our client

Our client is a digital life insurer in Hong Kong, with aspirations to shape the future of insurance.

They are looking for a/an (Assistant) Manager for their Product Proposition & Development team.

Job Descriptions

You will be responsible for the end-to-end product development, from market analysis and research, competitive analysis, ideation, customer and value propositions, to product development, product launch and product management after being rolled out.

Requirements

• Degree holder
• Over 3 years of experience in life insurance product development for Assistant Manager, and over 5 years for Manager level
• Strong in market, competitive analysis and customer analytics
• Able to build business cases from scratch and manage and drive projects from end-to-end
• Excellent presentation skills
• Able to work under pressure and in a fast-paced environment
