Our client is one of the largest Life Insurance Company with extensive service and coverage across Asia Pacific and continue expanding their business. They are looking for a high calibre to join their Digital and Ecommerce team to drive performance marketing to drive acquisition and business growth.

Key responsibilities:

  • To oversee corporate website and iShop development including End-to-end Digital Journey; SEO Strategy; Website Traffic Monitoring, E-Commerce Data Intelligence, etc;
  • To ensure the company owned digital assets and facilities are up and running in a good shape for day to day operation;
  • To design and implement digital and e-commerce development strategy for business growth and set clear measurable KPIs;
  • To identify key market trends in digital strategy across insurance industry to drive web sales growth, conversion, and improvements in the customer experience;
  • To work closely with internal and develop direct sales online platform, support of building up e-commerce strategy;
  • To oversee the entire online sales process and experience from prospecting, identifying opportunities, providing customer solutions;
  • To track and monitor the effectiveness of all digital marketing efforts against business goals for lead generation and sales growth;
  • To present category/campaign business results and insights to senior leaders and executives on a regular basis including scorecards, testing results, new initiatives, business reviews, etc.;

Key requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, ecommerce, computer science, or MBA;
  • At least 10 years of experience of ecommerce and digital marketing, preferably within financial services;
  • Strong analytical and quantitative skills; ability to use customer and acquisition data and business metrics to support business decisions, optimization and generate insights;
  • Core business strategy skills for strategy definition, roadmap development, budget planning, success measurement, etc.;
  • Successful track record of helping develop, present and execute strategic digital campaigns; deep understanding of the E-Commerce sales & digital marketing channels especially on Social Media;
  • Demonstrated depth of UX experience, communications strategy, E-Commerce marketing systems, tools & platforms and segmentation decisions;
  • Proven experience in developing creative fact-based growth strategy is a must;
  • Digital savvy and with an analytical mindset;
  • Structured thinker with strong problem-solving skills;
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills;
