Assistant Property Manager - Luxury Residential (40K + X 13M)

Our client is a prestigious property management company with a good number of luxury residential and Grade A Commercial building in Hong Kong, currently looking for an expereinced "Assistant Property Manager" to join their existing In-house property management team at their Headquarter.

Responsibilities:

• Provide high quality tenant services including but not limited to premises handover, takeover execution, tenancy fitting out and reinstatement coordination, tenant's complaint resolutions, etc.
• Liaise with the teams, for example, Leasing, Building Management, Technical Services, Marketing & Promotions to fulfill operational needs of luxury residential and commercial properties
• Monitor the progress of new tenancies and take ownership of necessary procedure

Requirements:

• Degree in Property/Facilities/Estate Management
• At least 5 years of all rounded expereince in Luxury Residential preferably, Commercial exp also an advantage
• Customer-oriented, with pleasant personality, excellent communication and interpersonal and negotiation skills in dealing with high profile and networth tenants
• Fluency in Englisg/Cantonese and Mandarin
