Assistant Project Manager (MEP) - Developer (HKD 55K)

Our client is a reputable and established Developer in Hong Kong with extensive property portfolios across the region, currently looking for an Assistant Project Manager (MEP) to cope with their property development projects - the ideal candidate will be someone experienced in running the full cycle of new build projects.

Responsibilities:

• Be responsible in supporting and advising projects planning from the initial stages of larger property development projects including but not limited to Residential, Retail and Office complex
• Timely project management and execution work including supervision of contractors
• Involve and take lead in the design of the complex from a Building Services Engineering POV
• Handle tendering and procurement process for specific projects with performance monitoring program

Requirements:

• Degree in Building Services/Mechanical/Electrical Engineering
• Chartered Engineer or minimum HKIE/HKIBSE
• Experience in completing full cycle projects from initial stages (Residential/Retail or Commercial)
• Fluency in English is a "MUST', native Cantonese and Good Mandarin will be an advantage
• Strong interpersonal skills and independency
