Our client is a global luxury fashion brand. They are now looking for an Assistant Merchandising Manager to join the team.

Mission of this assistant merchandising manager aims to provide full spectrum of merchandising support independently on designated product categories. Responsible for assortment management, stock allocation and replenishment, market analysis.

Job Duties:

  • Initiate and execute merchandising strategies to align with Global and Regional guidelines
  • Define and propose suitable merchandising assortment by stores
  • Manage stock transfer and handle stock requests from Boutiques to maximize sales
  • Monitor shipment fulfillment and delivery schedule to ensure merchandise are delivered to stores on time for successful seasonal launch
  • Handle product replenishment and allocation for each Boutique with Regional Team and ensure productive and efficient stock management
  • Product performance analysis and propose incentive or product push to the Boutiques for performance improvement and business maximization
  • Monitor the stock level for each product line closely and propose strategy to reach optimum level
  • Monitor physical inventory take and reconciliation on stock discrepancy
  • Analyze clients buying behavior for better understanding of the market
  • Monitor on product qualities and report on defective items
  • Regular update of order maps
  • Weekly and monthly internal report generation and analysis

Requirement:

  • Minimum 7 years of relevant working experience with at least 3 years at supervisory level in luxury retail industry
  • Strategic thinking for driving business goals
  • Well-organized and detail-minded
  • Bachelor Degree holder and a perm HK resident
