- Derive internal analysis strategy and plan based on the company development direction
- Conduct market trends, market shares and competitor analysis on specific products and segments
- Identify market potentials on new generation through performance analysis
- Consolidate findings to reports, white paper, presentation depending on the needs of the business
- Liaise and coordinate with external consultant and research agency
- Work together with internal teams to ensure research plan is executed in an effective manner
- Minimum 6 years of relevant research experience, with at least 2 years in research agency
- Good understanding in new generation consumer behaviour
- Outstanding presentation & communication skills with good command of written and spoken English, Mandarin & Cantonese
- Degree in Marketing/Business Administration or related disciplines
