(Assistant) FP&A Manager - MNC retailer

Our client is a famous retail brand. To cope with the expansion in the Asia Pacific, they are now inviting high-caliber candidates to join their team as a FP&A Manager.

Report to the director, you will do,

• Provide financial reporting and analysis by consulting, interpreting, and evaluating financial information
• Assist in the budget; actual vs. forecast analysis, and tracking of business performance
• Enhance financial planning and analysis to drive future business performance and support business development decision-making, particularly in budgeting, rolling forecast, variance analysis, margin analysis, cost analysis, sales, and expenses efficiency analysis.
• Collaborate with the Group's shared service on month-end closing, year-end closing, annual audits, and monitor the daily operations
• Perform ad-hoc analyses and additional related duties as assigned

Responsibilities:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or any business-related discipline with a CPA qualification
• Minimum 8 years of FP&A/Business analysis experience in multinational companies; the retail industry is highly preferred
• Good business acumen and strategic thinking with strong analytical ability
• Possesses excellent communication skills with good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese
• Proficient computer skills in Microsoft Office and SAP experience is preferred
• Candidates with less experience will be considered as Assistant FP&A manager
