Assistant CRM Manager (Public sector)

This world leading organization is consistently expanding their business in HK, the unique, world-class company is now recruiting this position to join one of their business functions.

We are seeking for candidates with solid experience in CRM marketing from marketing agencies/media/telecom/FMCG industries.

Job Responsibilities

• Lead a small team to plan and deliver marketing programmes
• Formulate CRM and marketing strategy for customer acquisition, member engagement and communications
• Support on performance analysis on CRM campaigns and KPIs reporting
• Organize events to enhance members' engagement and loyalty
• Monitor marketing budget
• Lead and growth sub-ordinate on task assigned

Job Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing or related disciplines
• At least 10 years' experience in CRM/marketing field
• Leadership experience is highly preferred
• Strong analytical, communication and interpersonal skills
• Fluent in both written and spoken English and Chinese
