ConnectedGroup represents a local sizable corporation in property and construction industry to hire the following position.
Assistant Administration Manager
- Reporting to the department head, the successful candidate is responsible for handling a full spectrum of professional office management and administration in a sizable office with various site offices in HK
- Responsible for office renovation project, managing all leasing matters of the corporate office and site offices as well as reviewing company policies and procedures
- Liaise with various vendors (including office supplies, insurance, office renovation, cleaning service for contract renewal etc)
- Assist in other ad hoc tasks (occasion travel to China and Macau may be required)
- At least 8 years' solid office management experience in sizable companies
- Proficient language skills in English, Mandarin and Cantonese
- Advanced level skills in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint
- Excellent ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Able to work independently, show initiative and take full responsibility for completion of duties
