Assistant Accountant

Company Information:

Our client is a global leading maritime services provider operating in 20+ countries over the world. We are assisting them to look for an Assistant Accountant to join their Finance team.

Responsibilities:

• Handle general ledger, journal entries, and balance sheet schedules
• Prepare recurring journals, adjustment journals, and the operating expenses accrual
• Prepare data upload into the Group's financial reporting system and assist in report generation
• Prepare monthly management reports, including but not limited to sales analysis
• Participate in stock take exercise & ad hoc duties

Requirements:

• Degree holder in Accounting/ Finance or related disciplines
• At least 2 years working experience in the accounting field
• Self-motivated, responsible, well-organized, detail-oriented, and willing to learn
• Good communication and interpersonal skills, able to work independently
• Experience in SAP will be an advantage
• Fluent in both verbal & written English and Mandarin are required
