Our client is a US well established and expanding solution provider. Their business focuses on providing payment solutions to various merchants across different industries. To cope with their expansion plan in APAC, they are now looking for an Application Support Engineer to focus on client on-boarding and support.
- Providing technical support on digital commerce & payment solutions
- Provide guidance on system testing and pre-launch activities
- Responsible to set up accounts, prepare technical documentation and support on coding.
- Identify and review area for product improvement and enhancement needs
- Manage communication between clients and internal team
- Bachelor's degree holder
- At least 1 years working experience on software development or application support
- Solid experience and knowledge on development languages and environments
- Experience in working on web technologies or mobile operation system will be a great advantage
- Good command in Chinese & English
