Our client is an expanding US retail brand. With their regional office set up here in Hong Kong, they are currently looking for an IT Manager to organise APAC applications, systems, infrastructure and support.
- Work closely with US headquarter, key person to roll out migration projects to local level
- Lead IT operation planning, infrastructure planning, technical support and software solutions migration.
- Application and operation support for different departments and fulfil users requests
- Oversee and support store level application - POS, CRM, eComm, ERP etc.
- Support on APAC store opening projects on both application and infrastructure
- Manage IT budget and resources
- Bachelor's degree holder
- At least 8 years working experience in IT
- Strong exposure on retail and eCommerce is essential
- Good command in Cantonese, English and Mandarin
