Our client is an international modern F&B label and they are now hiring their first digital marketing lead to be based in Hong Kong. The Digital Lead is responsible for driving digital innovation & strategy, social media and email campaigns, delivery partnerships and growth strategies for Asia partners.


Job Duties

  • keeping the brand's digital presence informed, modern, innovative and cohesive.

  • Ensure all social media copy on all channels adheres to digital marketing guidelines and is on-brand.
  • Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs)
  • Identify, test and optimize ongoing paid media strategy to drive brand awareness, sales and to support brand initiatives
  • Drive digital influencer strategy, manage digital calendars inclusive of all digital channels across APAC
  • Acquainted with new social media platforms, web technologies, and digital marketing trends
  • Implement new technologies in developing campaigns and update current campaigns to include new information
  • Manage key creative projects that come to life both off & online



Requirement

  • Bachelor degree holder with minimum 5 years' experience in digital / social media marketing
  • Strong China Digital Marketing experience is preferred
  • Strong communications in both English and Mandarin
  • Knowledgeable about digital marketing principal and tactics, analytics, SEO, email marketing and growht strategies
