About our client

Our client is a leading International Insurance Group with a solid focus in growing the Hong Kong business as the biggest market in Asia across a wide range of insurance products. As part of strategic growth, the group is seeking for a Medical Network Relations, Assistant Manager. Responsible for maintaining Panel Network for the provision of health services to insured under various product arrangement.


Execute provider communication

    • Handle enquiries from all channels for daily operation.
    • Resolve Network questions or problems as presented within the established service standards.
    • Coordinate with Panel Administrator to monitor panel system performance for on-line eligibility check via IEC, WEC, and/or Panel File.

Investigate on reported servicing issue

    • Follow up on provider issue from panel network and identify area for improvement
    • Investigate on reported network provider issue (corporate products arrangement).

Arrange network health related services

    • Arrange network services and recruit network provider for health related services, such as Annual Flu Vaccination Program, health talk and redemption program.

Coordinate for service enhancement

    • Attend any briefings / updates on technical enhancement.
    • Review value added services from provider such as SMS confirmation process to follow company's requirement.

Job Requirements:

    • University / College graduate in Health Administration or relevant disciplines.
    • Minimum 2 years' experiences in health industry.
    • Proficient in MS Office.
    • Strong communication skills in both written and oral English and Chinese.
