Our client is a well-known multinational consumer goods brand, and they are searching for an Aftersales Service Manager to look after their brand-new repair centre in Hong Kong. The role reports directly into the Head of Supply Chain. You will be heading up the entire repair centre functions for the company and collaborating closely with internal and external stakeholders across the region.

Key responsibilities:
* Demand and Supply Planning for spare parts, cost management, failure rate and parts utilization analysis
* Look after the operation and performance/ KPI of the Repair Centre
* Work closely with cross-functional team/different stakeholders- including sales / supply / marketing contact centre etc.
* Good understanding of warranty policies of products

Requirements
* Skilled in Repair service and production operation environment
* At least 5 + years in a manager's role with solid management skills including KPI
development and people motivation, systematic solution development and ongoing innovations
* Rich user experience in CRM/SAP, etc.
* Experience in Vendor/supplier management
* Can work in a fast-moving environment
