Our client is a well-established professional services company with excellent reputation in the market. In order to cope with their business expansion, they are currently looking for an Administration Officer to support their daily office operations.

Job duties:

  • Assist the recruitment team and the recruitment process such as formatting and preparing candidate resumes, posting jobs at various job boards
  • Responsible for general office administration duties such as stationery, business cards / office equipment ordering, vendor communications and update company website and intranet
  • Keep and maintain an effective filing system
  • Work closely with the Operations & Human Resources Director and assist in any HR / Operational duties and projects
  • Organise meetings and events. Coordinate and organizing Office networking events, corporate events and training events
  • Maintaining and keeping the office filings system (electronic and paper copies)
  • Assist in ad hoc projects and events

Job requirements:

  • 2-3 years working experience in administrative supporting role
  • Exposure working in a fast pace and multitasking environment will be an advantage
  • Professional telephone manner, detail-minded, proactive and self-motivated
  • Good Planning and organizational skills
  • Excellent communication skills, autonomy, resourcefulness and ability to work alone and as part of a team
  • Fluent in English, Mandarin and Cantonese
