Admin Assistant/Administrator in FI
- Responsible for all rounded office administration work such as office supplies purchasing, equipment maintenance, courier service and vendor management etc.
- Cover secretary and receptionist when needed
- Other ad hoc tasks/projects whenever necessary
- Around 5 - 10 years of related experience gained from face paced environment
- Excellent communication skills in English, Cantonese and Mandarin
- Proficient in MS Word, PowerPoint and Excel
- Immediately available is preferred
- Independent, proactive, flexible and a good team player
