Company Information:

Our client is a global leading corporate service provider based in Hong Kong. To cope with the continuous growth, we are helping them to look for two Accounting Clerks to join their Finance team.

Salary: HK$15,000 - HK$17,000 x 13 Months

Responsibilities:

• Perform accounts payable and receivable function
• Verifies accounts by reconciling statements and transactions, resolves account discrepancies
• Liaise with internal and external parties involved
• Collaborate with accounting team members to support various departments and activities on a daily basis
• Monitor day-to-day cashflow, internal controls
• Assist in month-end closing and general accounts administration
• Other ad-hoc tasks as assigned

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
• Proficiency in MS Office applications
• Good interpersonal and communication skills, energetic, and able to work independent
• Good spoken and written English & Chinese (both Cantonese & Mandarin)
• Immediately available would be an advantage

Candidate with minimum of 1 to 2 years relevant working experience will be considered as Accounting Officer
