Company Information:

Our client is a Hong Kong listed property management company with a solid portfolio of over 100 billion HKD. We are helping them to look for an Accountant to join their expanding team.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare monthly financial & management reports for assigned portfolio
• Handle regular budgeting & forecasting as well as ad-hoc analysis to support management decision making
• Work closely with external parties and asset management team on portfolio related issues
• Other ad-hoc tasks as required

Requirements:

• Degree holder in accounting or related disciplines
• Qualified accountant of HKICPA or equivalent
• Minimum 3 years of working experience gained from Big 4 or real estate business
• Mature, willing to learn, and able to meet tight deadlines
• Excellent spoken & written communication skills in both English and Chinese
