​​With a background in executive search and international business, Paola joined ConnectedGroup in 2018 to support their general search team, working on a range of assignments from advanced technologies and unconventional searches and into the NGO space.
 
She supports ConnectedGroup’s social purpose , working with the not for profit sector on reduced fee searches and supporting our Recruit4Good initiative that enables candidates looking for purpose to connect with charities for free.
 
Paola holds a BA in International Business Administration, a Specialization in Business Analytics and a Master’s degree in Human Resource Management. She is fluent in Spanish, English and French.
