Melissa began her recruitment career in 2019 with a focus on Insurance Finance Project (IFRS 17) hiring. She then joined ConnectedGroup’s Financial Services team in 2021 to further develop accounting & finance roles within the insurance industry.
 
Melissa has completed a significant number of mid to senior level assignments in this field. She not only supports the insurers’ strategies to achieve their recruitment goals but also provides professional advice to the candidates by personalising their journeys and understanding their thoughts and aspirations.

She graduated with a Bachelor of Communication (Hons) in International Journalism from Hong Kong Baptist University. Melissa is passionate about speaking to professionals in the insurance finance sector. She believes she can always learn from people by talking, engaging and interacting so that she can tailor-make a strategy to best fit their individual career or hiring needs.
