Hugo joined ConnectedGroup in 2022 as an Associate Consultant, specialising in manufacturing, sourcing & supply chain positions across the fashion & apparel indu stry and then extending later to additionally support the hard lines space.

He graduated from the Baptist University of Hong Kong where he majored in Humanities & Cultural Studies. He worked at a non-for-profit agency for 6 years after graduation, where he was an advocate between employers and domestic helpers.

Hugo is a great listener and he hopes to use his market knowledge to provide good value to clients as well as candidates he is connected to. Via his background in cultural studies, he tries to better understand the decision making and thought process from different cultural backgrounds to offer the best solutions and advice.
