Demi joined ConnectedGroup in 2021 to develop the Insurance practice, with a focus on commercial-related positions, including Strategy, Product, and Distribution. In her role, she works with clients to identify the best talent options locally and regionally through in-depth market research and analysis. Demi has completed a number of mid to senior level assignments in this field, and successfully supported top-tier insurers on setting up new teams from scratch.

She has also developed a focus in the sustainability & ESG functions across all sectors (outside of technical/supply chain which is covered by Angela Tsui ), leveraging her understanding of the strategy market to identify talent in this growing space.

 

Prior to her experience at ConnectedGroup, she was recruiting senior executive levels in the consumer product industry locally and regionally, as well as placing talent into the strategy function.

Demi graduated with a Bachelor of Arts degree in English Language and Literature from City University of Hong Kong. She has always had a passion for the arts, as it touches and inspires all walks of life. At her leisure, she also surfs, plays tennis and golf.
